"Where do we go when robots can hold a candle to us?"
Freiburg, Nov 12, 2019
The street artists Mr. Woodland from Erdingen and the robotics specialist Marina Kollmitz from the University of Freiburg will present a wall image in the disco Crash. The image is part of the project "Stadtwandforschung: Künstliche Intelligenz und Streetart" (“City Wall Research: Artificial Intelligence and Street Art”). For the Year of Science 2019 - Artificial Intelligence, street artists and AI researchers from the University of Freiburg designed murals in Freiburg's city center. After talking about the mural, Kollmitz will explain how she optimizes robots for use in hospitals. Afterwards, the audience and guests will discuss what robots will look like in the future.
