Startinsland Elevator Pitch

The aspiring entrepreneurs participating in the business plan competition Startinsland have exactly three minutes – the time of an elevator ride – to present their business models as convincingly as possible. They then have to field questions from a jury and the audience. The contestant who receives the most votes from the audience wins 1000 euros for the best pitch. Members of the audience get to meet the people behind the business ideas up close and personal, ask them questions, and cast their votes for the most convincing pitch. At the get-together after the competition, they can chat with their favorite contestant and immerse themselves in Freiburg’s start-up scene.
