Open House

The University of Freiburg is opening its doors to students in course levels 1 and 2 to help them get familiar with the University and to take a closer look at the courses and their favorite subjects for a day. The program includes, among other things, information sessions about general questions about studying as well as individual subjects, guided tours, expert counseling and more than 150 regular classes open to those interested in pursuing a degree. In addition, the other four state universities in Freiburg, the academic team at the federal employment office and numerous central facilities at the University of Freiburg will present information in booths in the Student Service Center. A smartphone app offers visitors an overview of the events offered and helps guide them through the campus.

  Classes are taking place throughout the entire university campus. The information booths are located in the Student Service Center, Sedanstraße 6, 79098 Freiburg.
