Statement on the terror attack against Israel

The University of Freiburg is appalled by the terrorist, inhumane attacks of Hamas on Israel. We stand in solidarity with its people, and we emphatically endorse the statement of the German Rectors’ Conference. Our thoughts and sympathy go out to the victims of the attack and its ensuing consequences, their relatives and all people, regardless of nationality and origin, who currently fear for the lives of their family members and friends.
