Open house

The University of Freiburg will open its doors to course level 1 and 2 high school students in order to learn more about the University for a day and get a taste of their favorite subjects as well as everyday life on campus. The program includes information events on general questions about studying and individual subjects. In addition, the young guests have access to guided tours, specialist advice and more than 150 regular courses. Further, the other four state universities in Freiburg as well as many central institutions at the University of Freiburg will have information stands at a small trade fair in the University library. A smartphone app provides a bundled overview of the event offerings while helping visitors find their way around campus.

• Where:
  The courses are spread out across the entire university campuses. The information stands at the fair will be located in the University library Freiburg. Many of the central information lectures will take place in the Paulussaal (Dreisamstraße 3) and in the Pauluskirche (Dreisamstraße 5).
