Legal Issues in the EU

In another event of the "Academia Meets Industry" series, students, representatives of the University of Freiburg and people from the industry will get into conversation with each other on June 21, 2021. In the digital talk with Q&A session titled 'Die europäische Rechtsgemeinschaft in der Krise!?', the Freiburg-based constitutional law expert and former President of the Federal Constitutional Court Prof. Dr. Andreas Voßkuhle looks at issues of European law. Aspects of the recent judgment on German climate protection law which was found in part to be unconstitutional will also be discussed. Hosting the event is Julia Wandt, Business unit Science Communications and Strategy.
