Mouse meets molecular biology and materials research
“Door Opener Day” at the Life Imaging Center and the Freiburg Materials Research Center on October 3, 2018
Freiburg, Sep 18, 2018
What do fluorescent cells look like under a special microscope? And what do choclate eggs have to do with detectors? These and many other questions will be answered by the Life Imaging Center (LIC) and the Freiburg Materials Research Center (FMF) for children over the age of eight on "Door Opener Day" operated by the children’s TV program “Sendung mit der Maus” ("Broadcast with the Mouse"). Spaces have already been fully booked with the exception of a few remaining slots at LIC. Alongside the event, representatives of the media are invited to ask questions about the scientific work of the two centers.
