Honorary doctorate for Anselm Kiefer

The General Commission of the Faculties of Philology and Philosophy at the University of Freiburg are awarding Prof. Anselm Kiefer an honorary doctorate. The recognition honors one of the most significant German artists of our times. The painter and sculptor will hold a ceremonious lecture about “Borders” during the celebration.
